Tracy Hill PT, DPT, CSCS, FAFS
Let me take you on a journey of who I am and what led me to where I am today. I graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University in 2006. I have been treating patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting since then. I underwent a Fellowship in Applied Functional Science in 2010 to better equip myself to treat more complex cases.
A few highlights in my career include:
*Training clinicians and opening a physical therapy clinic for children with disabilities in Morocco.
* Treating an Arizona High School "Comeback Athlete of the Year."
* Treating a patient who was hit by a car while riding his bicycle on a triathlon and later getting him to race in a full Iron-man.
* Presenting at the Arizona State Physical Therapy Association Conference
* Presenting at the Arizona State Court Reporters Association Conference
These opportunities have molded and shaped me to the clinician I am today.
Finally, after becoming a mom to two boys in 2013 and 2015, I experienced some traumatic physical issues as a result of labor. It made me see a greater need to assist women with the unspoken issues of child-bearing and empower them to seek help and regain control of their bodies. I learned so much from my own personal journey of being an athlete and a post partum mom and want to share that gift with every woman to allow them to see that although their body is forever different, having a post partum body is a gift to learn from and the physical issues can be helped with the proper training and education.
